Slight Changes in Crew Orders.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Yesterday each of the University crew combinations rowed two long stretches to the Watertown Bridge and back, while Mr. Colson coached from the launch. The orders were slightly changed owing to absences. Dillingham did not row on account of an injured finger, Judd taking his place at bow in the crew stroked by Brownell; and Sanger rowing at 6 in place of Filley who was not out.

The boats are still unsteady owing to irregularity at the catch. The men are slow about getting their hands away at the finish of the stroke, and don't shove the legs down firmly. The fault of hanging at the catch so noticeable last week is much improved.

The "Veritas" will probably be launched today, and will be in commission by Friday.
