Spring Kicking Contest Today

The spring kicking contest, postponed from April 24, will take place at 4 o'clock this afternoon in the Stadium. The following have qualified for the contest: W. M. Shohl '06, D. McFadon '06, H. Kempner '07, J. Cunniff sC., E. F. Myers 1L., J. Reynolds '07, R. E. Sperry '06, J. L. Derby '08, J. W. Plaisted '06, J. Prendergast sC., H. Foster '07, J. Tyng '08.

Realizing that for unavoidable causes many men have been unable to qualify it has been decided also to hold a kicking competition for any members of the University who choose to enter, whether they have had any practice this spring or not.

In both competitions there will be punting, place-kicking, drop-kicking and goal-kicking. The winners will be chosen on the basis of form, speed, accuracy and distance, and in the regular contest cups will be awarded. The judges will be Coach Reid, P. D. Haughton '99, R. P. Kernan '03, F. L. Burnett '01, L.J. Daly '03 and C. B. Marshall '04.
