Owing to the rough water yesterday the graded crew races were postponed until next Tuesday, when they will be rowed over the one and seven-eighths mile course in the basin. Owing to the low tide, the race will probably be run in two divisions, the third Newell and Weld crews starting first, and the first and second Newell and Weld crews following immediately afterwards.
