Dean Hodges, of the Episcopal Theological School, will deliver the first lecture, on "John Harvard and the English Cambridge of his Time," and he will be followed by Professor James K. Hosmer '55, who will speak on "The First Century of Harvard college." The remaining lectures of the course will be given by Professor Edward Channing '78, on "The Second Century of Harvard College"; President Charles W. Eliot '53, on "Harvard University Fifty Years Ago"; and Mr. William C. Lane '81, on "Harvard Past and Present." Mr. Lane's lecture will be illustrated by views of the Yard and the College buildings which date back to the year 1726.
