The Freshman football team will play its second game of the season this afternoon with Phillips Exeter Academy at Exeter. Exeter was defeated last Saturday by the Princeton freshmen, in a good game by the score of 12 to 10. The University Freshmen defeated Groton 6 to 0, the first time in years, so that the chances seem to be against the Academy team. Last year the score was 0 to 0, although Exeter scored by a trick play on receiving a kick-off. The touchdown was afterwards declared illegal on account of offside play.
The line-ups follow: The Freshman schedule for the remainder of the season has been completed and follows: October 17--Exeter at Exeter. October 27--Andover at Andover. October 31--Worcester Academy at Worcester. November 7--Brown Freshmen at Cambridge. November 14--Yale Freshmen at New Haven.
