The Harvard Cosmopolitan Club has just received a handsome framed photograph of the King of Siam, as a token of His Majesty's regard for the University which sent him Professors Strobel and Westengard. Professor E. H. Strobel '77 was for several years the King's general legal adviser, and upon his death last winter he was succeeded by Professer J. I. Westengard '98.
