The University will be represented by E. S. Allen '09, captain of the University basketball team, at a meeting of the captains and officials of the various college basketball teams in the Gymnasium of Columbia University, New York, this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The object of the meeting is to discuss the new basketball rules, which will be explained by President Hyatt of the Intercollegiate Basketball Association, as they differ materially from those of last year.
