Lacrosse Coach Appointed

Mr. J. R. Syer, of Hamilton, Ontario, has been appointed coach of the University lacrosse team, and will take charge of the squad this afternoon. Mr. Syer was a member of several of the best amateur teams of Canada, and for the last few years has played on professional teams in the Senior League of Canada.

The interclass lacrosse series will be held on April 1, April 2 and April 4 on Soldiers Field. On Wednesday, April 1, the Seniors will play the Juniors, on April 2, the Sophomores will play the Freshmen, and the final game will be played on Saturday, April 4. Cups will be given to the members to the winning team. On Monday, April 6, the training table will be started at Memorial, and the University squad will be selected.
