RELIEF FOR CHELSEA.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The CRIMSON'S effort to raise a Harvard fund for the relief of the Chelsea sufferers has been supplemented by the Phillips Brooks House Association, which will today canvass the University for clothing, to be distributed to the many people who escaped from their homes destitute and penniless.
