TENNIS MATCHES POSTPONED

Rain Hindered Progress of Tournament. Play Will be Resumed Monday.

Because of wet courts, only three matches in the tennis tournament, two in singles and one in doubles, were played yesterday. The results of these are as follows:

Third round of singles.--J. Wheel-right '10, defeated J. F. Day '10, 7-5, 6-1; A. Sweetser '11 defeated G. C. Adams '10, 2-6, 6-2, 6-4.

First round of doubles.--R. W. Morgan '10 and C. deRham '10 defeated H. P. Burt 2L. and C. W. Rice '10, 5-7, 6-3, 6-3.

No tennis matches are scheduled for today. Those scheduled for yesterday, the third round of the singles and the first round of the doubles tournaments, will be played on Monday afternoon, though if the individual contestants prefer, they may be played at any previous time.
