Action by Union Governing Board

At a meeting of the governing board of the Union held last night, a motion was passed to the effect that members be asked to approve the following house rule at the next meeting of the Union: "Any member who takes a book from the library of the Union out of the building shall have his name posted in a prominent place in the club house, and said member be suspended subject to Article IX, Section 1, of the constitution."

A motion was also passed that arrangements be made whereby the privileges of the Union be extended to the members of the Cambridge University Union, Cambridge, England, in exchange for similar courtesies extended to the members of the Harvard Union.
