Rev. G. A. Gordon '81, D.D., who will officiate as Preacher to the University until May 15, will give a series of eight discourses on "Prayer" at the morning services. The dates and topics of the special addresses will be as follows: May 4, "What is Prayer?"; May 5, "The Value of Prayer"; May 6, "Solitary Prayer"; May 7, "Social Prayer"; May 11, "Periodicity of Prayer"; May 12, "Two Types of Prayer"; May 13, "Prayer and Magnanimity"; May 14, "Great Prayers."
