FRESHMAN PLAY FIRST GAME

With Noble and Greenough's School in Stadium at 3.30.--1913 Weak.

The Freshman hockey team will play the first game of its schedule with Noble and Greenough's School this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock in the Freshman rink in the Stadium. As yet the Freshman have shown little team-play and their passing and shooting has been inaccurate. There is a lot of very promising material, however, and a strong team should be developed. Gardner at goal stands out above the other candidates and has shown up exceptionally well in the practices. As it has been impossible with the small amount of practice the team has had to sift the squad down to ten or twelve, all candidates for the team are asked to be dressed for the game this afternoon. The game will start with the line-up announced below, but most of the promising material will be given a chance to play.

The line-up follows: FRESHMEN.  NOBLE AND GREENOUGH. Pratt, l.e.  r.e., L. Williams Locke, l.c.  r.c., Claflin Rushmore, r.c.  l.c., De Ford Palmer, r.e.  l.e., Grant Booth, c.p.  c.p., B. Williams Graustein, p.  p., Storer Gardner, g.  g., Converse
