Conference on Immigration at 7.30

The Phillips Brooks House Association and the Cambridge Young Men's Christian Association will hold a joint conference on the subject of "The Student and the Immigrant" in Peabody Hall, Phillips Brooks House, this evening at 7.30 o'clock. Professor T. N. Carver will preside. The speakers and subject of the talks will be as follows: "The Coming Millions," Mr. Christian Phildius, Secretary of the World's Committee on Industrial Immigration, "The College Man and the Immigrant," Mr. H. M. King, Y. M. C. A. Student Secretary of Massachusetts and Rhode Island; "Opportunities for Work in Cambridge," Mr. H. M. Gerry, Educational Director of the Cambridge Y. M. C. A.; "The Immigrant in Our Industries," Mr. C. R. Towson, Secretary for Industrial Service, International Committee of Y. M. C. A.
