The University shooting team was defeated by the Watertown Gun Club last Saturday, at Watertown, by the score of 472 to 452. Nevertheless, the University team's total of 452, is 3 birds better than the intercollegiate record. Baldwin of Watertown was high man with the score of 98 out of 100. C. L. Hauthaway '10 and S. Mixter '12 were tied for the highest score of the University team, each having 93 birds, in the shoot-off for a silver cup, offered by Watertown to the highest man on the Harvard team, Hauthaway won with a clean score of 25.
