The Speakers' Club will hold its annual open meeting in Emerson A, this evening at 8 o'clock. The subject under discussion will be the "Insurgent Movement in Congress." Two short speeches on different phases of the question will be made, after which there will be an open discussion from, the floor. The meeting will be open to the University.
