TEAMS A AND B DEFEATED 7 TO 0 YESTERDAY.--PRACTICE GAME TOMORROW.

The members of teams A and B were the only men to report for University hockey practice at the Arena yesterday afternoon. After a short preliminary drill in skating and shooting, the first and second sevens each lined up in turn for a scrimmage against the B. A. A. team lasting between 10 and 15 minutes. Team A showed considerably more speed and ability than did team B, the work of Claflin as cover point on the former being particularly good. The B. A. A. men scored 7 points in all against the University's 0. The squad as a whole, though its work is still ragged, shows promise of rapid development.

The University will play a practice game with the B. A. A. team in the Arena tomorrow evening at 8.15 o'clock. The University line-up, which will be merely tentative, has not yet been decided upon.
