Semi-Finals of Doubles Will be Played Today on Jarvis Field.

Play yesterday in the University doubles tennis tournament was again abandoned on account of rain. Weather permitting, the matches will be played today, starting with the score at which they were stopped last Wednesday. The play in the doubles has reached the semifinal round, and first class tennis is expected in both of today's contests. The schedule: On Jarvis Field at 2.30 o'clock: E. R. Hastings. '14 and J. C. Devereux '14 vs. J. S. Pfaffmann '16 and H. A. Lawton 1L; E. H. Whitney '14 and R. N. Williams '16 vs. F. B. Beal 2g., and H. T. Moore 3G.

Candidates for the 1914 tennis team will play this afternoon as follows: E. R. Hastings '14 vs. R. L. Blaikie '14; R. H. Kettell '14 vs. O. Williams '14; J. C. Devereux '14 vs. L. Wade '14.

Candidate for the other class teams will report to their captains this afternoon at 2.30; upperclassmen on Jarvis field and Freshmen on Soldiers field. the interclass tournament will begin next week.
