Register Competition to Commence

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Candidates for the position of assistant managing editor of the University Register will be called out Wednesday, when the competition begins which will last till December 1. The competition is open to 1917, and all Sophomores are urged to come out.

Last spring the Register Board was entirely reorganized so that the publication is now under the direct control of the Student Council, in conjunction with which the Board works. From the candidates who report will be picked the one who is to be in charge of the literary department of the book next year. All interested are invited to report to Matthews 39 Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock, when the work of the competition will be outlined, and the policy of the Register explained.
