Alumni on Smithsonian Board

Former Justice George Gray L.'63, of Wilmington, Del., has been elected chairman of the Smithsonian Institution executive committee by the board of regents. The appointment of Senator Henry French Hollis '92, of Concord, N. H. and Charles Francis Choate, Jr., '83 of Boston, as members of the board has also been announced. The Institution's endowment now totals $1,002,500, the income of which is to be devoted to research and other work.
