College Professionalism Discussed by I. A. A. A. A.

At a meeting of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America, held last Monday, it was decided that a conference should be held in the near future to reconsider the present rules regarding professionalism and eligibility for university teams. Both the University and Yale, as well as most of the universities and colleges of the east, are members of this association.

The object of this conference will be to decide if any changes should be made in the preent rules defining amateurism and professionalism, and in the regulations regarding the participation of amateurs and professionals on university teams, and in the various other sports throughout the country.
