The University crew took a long row yesterday afternoon, going down-stream. The second University and the class crews were also on the water. A change in the line-up of the Senior crew has now been made, a four-oar having been formed. The present order of the Senior crew is as follows:

Stroke, Lothrope; 7, Parkman; 6, Fisher; 5, Schroeder; 4, Reynolds; 3, Hilliard; 2, Graham; bow, Hoyt; cox., Schoen.

The fifth and sixth Freshman crews were put into the water from the Weld boathouse yesterday afternoon for the first time. They are the first eights to be sent out from Weld this season. It is planned to send out the seventh and eighth 1918 boats this afternoon from Weld, and the remainder of the 12 crews by twos on the succeeding days of this week.

The first four boats were working from Newell as usual. A. W. Pope '18, who has been absent for a few days because of a strained back, has returned to his position at 6 in the first boat. The crews rowed down-stream and were followed by coaches Wray and Brown in the "Pup" and the "John Harvard." The men composing the fifth and sixth shells yesterday were:

Fifth crew.--Stroke, Silverman; 7, Goddard; 6, McIndoe; 5, Allen, 4, Poor; 3, Robb; 2, Goodale; bow, Frazer; cox., Keith.

Sixth crew.--Stroke, De Veau; 7, Richardson; 6, Wright; 5, White: 4, Balch; 3, Longyear; 2, Alvord; bow, Peabody; cox., Gardner.
