FRESHMEN TO HEAR PRES. LOWELL

President Lowell and Professor C. P. Parker will speak to members of the Freshman class on the "Choice of Electives" at the time of the regular meeting of Government 1 in the New Lecture Hall on Thursday morning at 9 o'clock. All Freshmen taking Government 1 and all other members of the class of 1919 who have no other college exercise at that hour are expected to attend. Attendance will be taken in Government 1 as usual for the Freshman members of the course.

This new arrangement has been planned to allow a larger proportion of the Freshmen than in the past to obtain authoritative information about the elective system, and is timely, since all members of the University must select three of their next year's courses by May 1.
