Peace Prize Contest in Emerson D

The prize speaking contest on "International Peace," conducted by the Massachusetts Peace Society and the Speakers' Club, will be held in Emerson D tonight at 8 o'clock. Professor Bliss Perry, Mr. L. L. Cleveland, principal of the Cambridge High and Latin School, and Rev. Edward Cummings '83 will act as judges. The prize of $50 will be either awarded as a whole or divided, at the discretion of the judges.

Each contestant chooses his own topic from the general field of international peace and will be judged on his subject matter, the style of his English, and on delivery. The contest is open to members of the University, and of the Massachusetts Peace Society. The following men from the University will speak; V. B. Kellett '18, L. B. Lincoln 1G.B., L. P. Mansfield '16, R. A. May '18, A. G. Palne '17, and J. H. Spitz '17.
