Cosmopolitan Dinner in Memorial

The Cosmopolitan Club will hold a dinner in the North Tower Room of Memorial Hall this evening at 6 o'clock, at which the principal speaker will be Professor George Grafton Wilson, of the Department of International Law. His subject will be, "Neutrality and the Present War." Governor Samuel W. McCall has also been invited and may address the club. The dinner is open to members and their friends but owing to the limited capacity of the room, seats will be granted only to those who have already sent in their applications to the secretary.
