Princeton To Supply Unit

Up to the present time 42 men have registered for service in the Ambulance Unit which the Surgeon General's Office has asked Princeton to supply. This indicates that that university will be able to furnish one unit of 36 men.

Candidates who pass the physical examination will report at a place and time designated by the War Department. Orders to report at a mobilization point will probably follow enlistment immediately. The contingent will sail for Europe as soon as it is properly equipped.

These men will become members of the Medical Enlisted Reserve Corps, under the National Defence Act of June 3, 1916. The minimum salary for a driver in the Ambulance Corps is $36.
