Few scores have been handed in by candidates for the University and Freshman rifle teams because of the nearness of the examination period. From the men who have been shooting regularly, however, several excellent scores have been received. After the mid-years there will be longer periods of practice for both squads and another call for candidates will be made. New men, reporting for the first time, can sign up with R. C. Hardy '20, Randolph 57, W. J. Louderback '20, Claverly 10, or A. E. Chambers '21, Persis Smith B31.

Negotiations are under way for a telegraphic match for the University team with Princeton, and it is also expected that a shoot with Dartmouth will be arranged. The Freshman representatives will shoot nearby preparatory schools.
