Plans for the organization of the Scholarship Service Bureau of the Harvard Phi Beta Chapter have now been completed, and seven men have already reported to the committee for help. E. A. Weld '21, chairman of the Bureau, is keeping office hours from 12-12.30 and from 1-1.30 in Thayer 36 every day but Saturday and Sunday, and will be glad to help all men interested in receiving aid.
