SIX PROMINENT MEN TO ADDRESS LIBERAL CLUB

Speakers Will Attend Weekly Meetings During Next Month--Subjects of Talks Not Yet Announced--Judge William Reuben George First Speaker

The Student Liberal Club has secured six prominent men to speak before its weekly meetings during the next month. The subjects of the talks have not yet been announced.

Judge William Reuben George, founder of the George Junior Republic at Freeville, N. Y., will address the Liberal Club on October 17. Judge George founded the George Junior Republic as an experiment in 1895 and it immediately aroused interest, as an effectual method in dealing with young delinquents.

On October 18 President C. C. Little of the University of Maine will address the Club, and the following evening Dr. Gessell will speak. Mr. John Metz will be the speaker on October 23, and will be followed by Mr. A. G. Muste on the 27th. Mr. H. C. Maserve, Secretary of the National Association of Cotton Manufacturers, will appear before the Club on November 9.
