The names of the men who are to manage the tournament were announced last night and are R. P. Eckert Jr. '25, of Freeport, 111., and David Harrison '26, of Atlantic City, N. J. These men are to run the entire tournament and at its completion will receive silver medals for their work in this connection.

Seventy-two men have already signed up for the singles tournament, and 24 teams for the doubles tournament, which is to come after the singles.

Rules relating to the tournament will be published shortly by the officers of the Union, so that all details will be perfectly clear before play begins.
