The annual meeting of the National Football Rules Committee will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 9 and 10, in the Hotel Biltmore, New York City. On this committee the University is represented by Mr. F. W. Moore '93, graduate treasurer of the H. A. A.
This meeting, as in past years, will have for its purpose the consideration of various suggested changes in the rules of football. Last year, the point-aftertouchdown was considered and the ruling was changed so that a play from scrimmage is now the method of scoring it. No particular suggestions for changes have been made this year but the general feeling is that it would be unwise to make any radical changes.
