FENCERS LEAVE FOR WEST POINT

To Meet Cadet Team Tonight in Third Contest This Season

The University fencing team left yesterday for West Point where they will meet the strong cadet fencers tonight. This will be the third match for the Crimson follsmen this season, for they have previously met Bowdoin and the University of Pennsylvania defeating these teams 9 to 0 and 5 to 4 respectively.

Captain E. H. Lane '24 and E. L. Lane '24, both of whom have been doing good work for the University in the foils this year and are veterans of last years team, which placed second in the intercollegiaes, will fence tonight. On account of illness G. S. Sharpe '24 was unable to accompany the team to West Point.
