Besides awarding athletic insignia for various winter and spring sports of 1924, the Athletic Committee at its meeting on Friday made or recommended certain changes pertaining to track, football and Freshman crew, Major F. W. Moore '93 has released the substance of these changes for publication this morning.

In regard to the coaching situation, it was voted to request the chairman of the Football Advisory Committee and the captain of the team, as soon as their coaching plans for 1925 were arranged, to present them in person to the Committee on Athletics.

It also voted to approve the proposed change in the arrangements for the next two years of the Freshman football game with Yale, so that the game in 1925 would be played in the Stadium on the second Saturday before Thanks giving, and in 1926 on the corresponding date in the Bowl. Under this arrangement the game next fall will be played on the day that the University eleven makes its first invasion of Providence.

The question of the award of class numerals to Freshmen who go to New London as substitutes, and row in the combination crew against Yale was referred to the Student Council for its report and recommendation.

The Athletic Committee further voted to award to Interscholastic Track Managers the insignia AHA and a medal.

The recommendation of the Student Council that insignia be awarded and appointments and elections of various captains and managers be approved as follows:
