Mr. Paysan Smith, Massachusetts State Commissioner of Education, will speak today at the Liberal Club, 66 Winthrop Street, at 1.20 o'clock.

Mr. Smith was to have spoken last week at the Club, being prevented by illness. The meeting will be open to all men in the University.
