YALE NINE SURPRISES FANS BY DEFEATING B. C. 10-7

New Haven, Conn., May 22, 1924.--Yale baseball stock took a decided jump when the Blue nine emerged on the long end of a 10 to 7 score against Boston College on Yale Field this afternoon. The game was a free-hitting affair with Yale having the best of it from the start. The result was more or less of an upset, as Yale's record had been only fair while Boston College had lost only one game.
