By virture of a four to one victory over the Milton Squash Racquets Club, on Saturday afternoon the University second team has become an important factor in the fight for the state title in Class B. The Freshmen squash players defeated the Chestnut Hill five by the same count in their third successive victory of the season.
There was little change in the standings of the Class B teams as a result of Saturday's matches. Newton Centre is still showing the way with 24 victories and one loss.
With two more league games to play, the Harvard, representatives have an excellent opportunity to get into second position.
Freshmen Move Up
Showing a decided improvement in their attack and court tactics, the 1930 players moved up from eighth to fifth place in the Class C ranking. The Union Boat Club continued to hold its advantage over its opponents.
