Adolf Frank Reel '28 of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, speaking on the affirmative side of the question, "Resolved: That the Acceptance of the Franco-American Debt Settlement is to the Best Interests of France" last night was awarded the Pasteur Debute medal.
James Randall Creel '27 of Kansas City, Missouri, speaking on the opposite side, received honorable mention.
Six men spoke ten minutes each in the final round, held in the Paine Hall of the Music Building. Presiding over the meeting was Mr. E.L. Bariche, while Mr. L.D. Peterkin and Professor L.J.A. Mercier acted as judges.
