That the first week in May will comprise the dates for the Dramatic Club's production of the "Taming of the Shrew" was announced at the office of the club last night. On the evenings of Tuesday May 3, Wednesday, May 4, and Friday, May 6, performances will be given in Brattle Hall after which there will be dancing. In the afternoon and evening of Saturday, May 7, the production will make its appearance on the boards of the Fine Arts Theatre in Boston.
"The Taming of the Shrew", following the lead given by the modern dress production of "Hamlet" performed last year, will be presented by the club in contemporary costume. Rehearsals are now well underway, and Edward Massey '15 who is again conducting the Dramatic Club is confident of a well turned production. The cast will be announced this week, and tickets for all the performances will go on sale shortly afterward.
