PARKER RECEIVES P. B. H. SCHOLARSHIP TO GENEVA

In cooperation with the Students' International Union the Phillips Brooks House has established a scholarship to the Union school in Geneva, it was announced by officials of the P. B. H. following a decision reached by the Cabinet last night. The recipient of the scholarship will be C. H. Parker '30, who will study in Geneva in the S. I. U. summer school.

The scholarship will also provide entry to the Zimmern School of International Studies, to Professor Manley O. Hudson's course in International Law, and to the sessions conducted by Senor S. De Madariaga. The S. I. U. students in addition, have easy access to the activities of the League.

Parker will be the second man from Harvard to be awarded a scholarship under the S. I. U. organization as announcement was made last week of the award of a similar scholarship to R. L. Ruggles '31,
