Squad of Ten Men Will Leave at 10.30 for Philadelphia--Opponents Have Won Several Close Games

The University basketball team will leave tonight at 10.30 o'clock for Philadelphia to play the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday night at 8.30 o'clock.

Ten men will make the trip. They are: Captain H. T. Wenner '30, P.W. Mahady '31, J. L. Rex '31, T. I. Nido '30, G. H. Pattison, Jr. '32, T. E. Farrell '31, S. C. Burns ocC., Joseph Rauh, Jr. '32, M. E. Pierce '30 and W. S. Baskerville '32.

Pennsylvania has had a successful season thus far, having won 14 out of 17 games played. Harvard's record is about the same despite Wednesday night's defeat. Among the victories achieved by the Crimson's opponents are wins over Yale, Dartmouth, Cornell, the Navy and the Army. Most of these however were won by close margins. Cornell was defeated by four points, Yale by three, and the Army by only one. Pennsylvania lost to Columbia 32 to 18. Harvard lost to the same team 44 to 17 but defeated the Army by 30 to 25.
