STUDENT COUNCIL NOMINATIONS FOR 1931 ANNOUNCED

Seven Juniors and Three Sophomores Will be Elected--Nominations Close Monday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Fifteen members of the Junior Class and 12 members of the Sophomore Class have been nominated by the Student Council for election to next year's council. Of this number, seven Juniors and three Sophomores will be elected. After the election, the new members will meet and elect three additional Juniors and two more Sophomores.

Additional names may be added to the list by petition. Petitions are to be signed by 25 members of the nominee's class and must be delivered to 7 Strauss Hall by 6 o'clock Monday. Postcard ballots will be sent out on Tuesday.

At present the five members of the class of 1931 who are on the Student Council are S. L. Batchelder '31, Henry Chalfant, Jr. '31, S. P. Duggan '31, J. B. Garrison '31, and Vernon Monroe '31.

The following are the names of those nominated from the Junior Class:
