Win Hard Fought Game by Margin of 2 to 1

In a hard fought game at the Boston Garden yesterday, the University second team downed Newton High 2 to 1. The game, which was the Seconds first since examinations, found them in good condition. At the end of the first period however, the Crimson had succeeded in scoring only once against the evenly matched Newton boys. In the second period the other goals of the game were made, when both the Seconds and Newton High scored once.

The final period, which was the outstanding of the game was featured by hard playing on both sides, but neither team had the ability to score.
