New Haven, Conn., Jan. 20--Yale's hockey team will not be represented on the American Olympic sextet at Lake Placid, although three of its members have been offered places on the Olympic squad. It was learned today that Captain John Muhifeld, Dunbar Bostwick, and Stewart Iglehart had decided to decline the invitation, largely due to the fact that acceptance would mean desertion of their own team for four contests.
Yale will have ample representation on the team, however, five alumni having been named on the sextet, "Ding" Palmer, Frank Farrell, John Goodman, Frank Nelson, and John Bent.
