Eliot Defaults To Lowell as Kirkland And Second Freshmen Lose

In the inter-house swimming meet yesterday, Lowell won from Eliot by default, and Brooks House defeated Kirkland 32-11. The Business School defeated the second Freshman team 41-21. R. B. Chase 2G.B. performed well for the Business School, winning the 200-yard free style, and placing third in the dive. W. C. Feinberg '34 came in third in the 50-yard free style and second in the 50-yard back-stroke in the Brooks-Kirkland meet.

50-yard breast-stroke Won by M. V. Leventritt '36 (Brooks); second, N. A. Ferguson '36 (Brooks); third. T. M. Burke '36 (Kirkland). Time--35 sec.

100-yard free style--Won by Marie Storlazzl '36 (Brooks); second, A. E. Sweeney '35 (Kirkland); third, M. H. Wittenhorg '35 (Kirkland). Time--1min. 3 3-6sec.

60-yard back-stroke Won by W. J. McTigue '33 (Brooks); second, W. C. Feinberg '34. Time--34sec.

Brooks won the 150-yard relay by default.
