Leverett Society Is Founded To Discuss Various Topics

Guest Speakers Will Give 45-Minute Talks on Special Subjects

At a meeting held recently in the Leverett House common room the John Leverett Society was founded for the purpose of discussing questions of contemporary importance and of inviting authoritative speakers in various fields.

The members of the executive committee were elected at the meeting: Richard H. Kuhike 1G, president, Arthur R. Humphreys 2G, secretary, Hollis B. Hill '35, Arthur S. Pier '35, Alfred Pope '36, Peter R. Viereck '37.

The meetings will be varied and non-technical. It is planned to allow the guest speaker forty-five minutes and then have a general discussion. All male guests brought by members will be welcomed.
