Josef A. Schumpeter, professor of Economics, will speak before the Freshmen tomorrow night at 7.30 o'clock in the Upstairs Common Room on the topic "Economic Nationalism in Modern Europe." He will discuss the origins and effects of some of the national policies which are being adopted in the present economic conflict.
