Former Red Book Chairmen To Give Advice to Class of '38

Gibson and White Will Address Union Meeting Tonight

One hundred officers and candidates of the Freshman Red Book will meet in the Upper Common Room of the Union this evening at 8 o'clock. C. Colmery Gibson '37 and Leavitt S. White '37, editor-in-chief and chairman of the editorial board of last year's Red Book, respectively, will address the meeting and pass on advice based on their experience of a year ago Francis Keppel '38, the present editor, will outline the procedure to be followed for the competition and announce the date when candidates are to be chosen. The dedication of this year's book may also be decided.

It has been disclosed that the lead article will be on the Union. Its purposes and functions will be described, and its use as a meeting place for Freshmen will be examined. An editorial opinion may be expressed concerning plans for its betterment.
