BUSINESS SCHOOL WILL GRANT 70 $300 AWARDS

Scholarships Available to Students Entering Next Year -- 26 Offered By Alumni Clubs

Seventy scholarships amounting to $300 each will be available to students entering the Business School next year, it was announced yesterday. Twenty-six of the scholarships will be given by Alumni Clubs throughout the country, while the remainder will be awarded by the school.

Two of the scholarships will be assigned to students entering the new course in business aspects of public administration. Scholastic standing and the financial need of the applicant will be the primary qualifications considered in the granting of the scholarships, but preference will be given to those who have concentrated in Government in college.

Among the other awards will be forty or more service scholarships, the terms of which require work in return for credit given. Students holding such scholarships will be assigned to various jobs such as library work, labor on the grounds, and research. In addition, some students will receive financial aid through the school's loan fund.
