Repaying a visit that the Harvard Debating Council made to Philadelphia last April, the University of Pennsylvania Debating team is engaging in forensics in return tonight at eight o'clock in the Common Room of Lowell House.

Harvard will uphold the affirmative side of the proposition: "Resolved, That the federal government should be empowered to regulate maximum hours and minimum wages in industry."

Representing Harvard, will be Donald McDonald '39, F. Welch Pool '39, and Richard W. Sullivan '38. John A. Sullivan, Jr. '38, Secretary-Treasurer of the Council, will act as chairman of the debate. A dinner for the teams will be held in the Lowell House Dining Room at 6:45 o'clock. This is the launching of the extensive schedule, planned by the Council for this season.
