Gardiner Captures Coolidge Debate Prize for Freshmen

Tudor Gardiner '40 of Boston, a graduate of Groton, is the winner of the Coolidge Debating Prize for Freshmen of $25, it was announced last night by George Gore '34, 1L, Yardling Coach.

The award was made on the basis of performance during tryouts and the Princeton debate Saturday night by Gore and Everett M. Rowe '27. Gardiner won letters in Freshman football and wrestling.
